Founded in 2010 by Meredith and Colin Schmidt, Last Mountain Distillery was born from a search for a truly unique Saskatchewan spirit, one that didn’t yet exist. So, they set out to create it. As Saskatchewan’s first micro-distillery, we take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch spirits that reflect the heart of the prairies.
In 2022, General Manager Braeden Raiwet became a partner, bringing his expertise, passion, and dedication to our growing team.
From Saskatchewan’s best-selling naturally infused Dill Pickle Vodka to the one and only true Spiced Rum of the prairies, Apple Pie Moonshine, and more, we’re proud to craft spirits that are as bold and unique as the land we call home.
